CASE Dealer Ina Store Supports Team Rubicon and Habitat for Humanity for Baldwin, Michigan Veterans’ Village

CASE Construction Equipment dealer Ina Store supplied a compact track loader and grapple bucket to Team Rubicon for a land clearing project in Baldwin, Michigan. The site will be developed by Habitat for Humanity of Lake County Michigan into a new Veterans Village development that provides 850-to-1,000-square-foot homes for qualified veterans, active military and spouses of those who have served.

Team Rubicon deployed sawyer teams and heavy equipment operators to clear the area, allowing the first phase of the project to move forward.

CASE Donates Wheel Loader, Mini Excavator to Pittsburg State University’s Diesel and Heavy Equipment Bachelors Program

CASE Construction Equipment donated a 521F wheel loader and CX17C mini excavator to Pittsburg State University (Kansas) and its Diesel and Heavy Equipment Bachelors of Applied Sciences (BAS) program.

The donated equipment gives students hands-on training for careers ranging from off-road diesel engine technicians to engineers at major global manufacturers. Pittsburg State’s program — one of approximately 10 in the entire country that provides a four-year degree in automotive and heavy equipment technology — is recognized nationally for its quality of education and its alumni who remain engaged long after they graduate.
